A VoiceThread is a collaborative, multimedia slide show that holds images, documents and vidoes and allows poeple to navigate pages and leave comments in five ways, by using; voice with microphone; telephone; text; audio file and video via webcam. With VoiceThread, group conversations are collected and shared in one place from anywhere in the world, all with no software to install.

VoiceThread makes embedding easy, allowing you to add interactive group discussions to any website. Simply copy and paste the embeded code to your website and let the conversations begin. You can also easily create Groups of your friends, colleagues, students or those you have common interests with, and have the Group's VoiceThreads shared and shown in one place. I can see that this tool would be well recieved among the upper level of a Primary school. How exciting to be able to narrate your presentation by pre-recording it with VoiceThread, therefore fine tuning the narration to be error-free.
